Traditional HummusIngredients:
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained 1/4 tsp salt (optional) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp pepper, optional Directions: Coarsely mash garbanzo beans.
