Wendy’s No-Bake, Guilt-Free Chocolate Superpower Cookies
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup coconut crystals
1/2 cup almond butter*
15 drops liquid stevia or to taste
3 cups gluten-free quick oats
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Melt the coconut oil, coconut crystals, cacao powder, almond milk & almond butter. Heat on low until smooth. When melted, turn off heat and add in the stevia and vanilla. Then add the oats. Mix well.
Spoon onto wax paper to the size you want, cool in the refrigerator on cookie sheet until hardened. Once hard can move to bowl for storage.
